heal the feminine; heal the world
A new world is in the process of being birthed. We are sitting in the void, between what was, and the possibility of what can be. And amidst this, we have a massive opportunity to be a part of the shift that will make space for a new foundation to be built; a new paradigm of being— in service of humanity as a whole, not just a privileged few.
empowered + esteemed from within
We are being called deeper into Self; as within, so without. What we see in the outer world is in large a reflection of our inner landscape. And when we go inward to excavate that which holds us hostage we begin to clear space— for grounded presence and deeper self awareness— and we begin to shift how we show up in and for the world around us. This is a massive undertaking, where it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel insecure about our individual role and capacity to spark change, but I believe the way we move the needle is by taking personal responsibility for our own healing and awakening—taking the brave journey inward to uncover and begin showing up, in service, as our most authentic selves.
this “call” is really an invitation…
to wake up and see what is possible when we do the work; diving into the depths, excavating that which has been relegated to the shadows for long enough and is ready to come forward. Power with and for, more personally empowered beings, doing this human thing, leaning into one another in love and acceptance and truth. Reclaiming the sacred that is each one of us; clearing and healing the [personal and ancestral] trauma that has limited our ability to be our full selves; finding our way back to the truth— that we are inextricably linked; fully human and fully divine, and here to learn and grow and evolve.

I see ghosts //
The writing of a new [love] story- requires an excavation of the old.
An uncovering of all that has gone unhealed, all this time. I feel their presence, so close to me. As though the thinly veiled layers of past/present/future has taken up residence using my heart, mind and dreams as the battleground to work out the unresolved, the unrequited, the long shoved away...
Oh yea, I see ghosts. But not in the way you may think. I see what lies beneath; the presence and remnants of the soul inhabiting the shell. I feel the stories, their pain and uncertainty. I know their struggle as though it is my own. In hindsight, it was a dangerous space to be, before I understood what I was: a brief stop on a long and winding journey toward redemption. For I would invite them to come in, sit before my fire and share with me their stories; the troubles and questions lingering on the edges of consciousness; offer companionable silence- much needed and too few and far between-so they may rest easy for a bit. And as we talked, shared space- as they witnessed the truth of me- I sensed the weariness melting away, the armor being removed piece by piece; revealing a clearer version of the truth [the essence of soul already sensed].
In my younger years, and childlike innocence- before I knew- I mistook the purpose of these "chance" encounters and wanted badly for them to stay. Clung to the illusion of intimacy and scraps of affection they provided. You see, they were familiar; I understood them, because I too was a bit of a lonely ship sailing towards some unseen and uncertain shore. A paradox- sure and knowing while also lonely and uncertain. what is sacred?//episode 12
We are all divine, here with a sacred purpose. And also perfectly imperfect, messy human beings tasked with remembering the wholeness of who we are. Part of this life mission is finding our way back to self, back to truth, back to soul. And so, in this we will explore the concept and question “what is sacred?” What I have found in my own journey and practice that has been enormously supportive in coming home to self (to soul) is leaning into and creating sacred space and practices to quiet the external noise and to get to the core of what is true and in the highest good for myself. And subsequently, when I touch into the divinity of my own being, hold safe, reverent space for Self, I am better able to witness the world and hold space for all beings, as the same divinity.
