Relentlessly Authentic Radio was birthed out of an innate desire I have to dig into the depths— to pull at the many threads that comprise what it means to be an infinite being having this weird and wild and messy human experience [a merging of the human + divine if you will]— and to empower authentic connection, both within, and with the world around you. Your experience in this life is as unique as you and at the same time, we are all inextricably connected and affected by one another. How can we meet and deepen into relationship with self and other amidst the seeming contradiction + chaos?
By reconnecting to and embracing the humanity of it all.
Learning how to show up as our most authentic selves, with love and true compassion—even when it’s hard, especially when it’s messy and leaning into the vulnerability of embracing others amidst their own authentic being [whatever that may look like].
Through the power of co-creation— having honest and curious conversations with like-hearted humans, allowing the magic of collaboration and truth be the medicine that it is— my hope is that I can create a safe space to explore; a space of curiosity, non-judgement and kindness for you to follow threads of truth and expanding your own consciousness + deepening trust of the wisdom you inherently possess to support your own healing and coming home journey.
My desire is to make topics and concepts that lean toward healing and embracing humanity as we step into this new phase, accessible to anyone who feels called to join in and listen as myself and the guests I invite in, flow and weave a bit of magic.
Topics we will be exploring will range from healing and embracing the full expressions of feminine + masculine energies, polarity, duality and the power of vulnerability with self and in relationship to emotional intelligence, astrology, archetypes + mythology and so much more.
The foundation that Relentlessly Authentic Radio is built upon is the intention and integrity of these simple values— Love, Truth and Authentic Connection. It is a space that is inviting exploration; to get curious and deepen your relationship with self. Your awakening journey is unique to you and i'm but a thread in the greater tapestry of life and humanity. I believe that we find our way to the places and spaces our soul is calling for and we know what is true and in the highest for us, yet we don’t always know where to begin or the information has yet to come into our conscious awareness. So I am here to speak on what I feel a call from soul to express and encourage you first and foremost to trust your “yes” and “no” that come from a deeper place than rational mind can make sense of. If this {space} feels like a yes, I invite you to come on in, take a metaphorical seat, and listen in for a bit ;).

With an unshakeable belief that we are all worthy just because we are; that we don't have to be more or less of anything to have the things we desire most in this world, I bring my own special brand of vulnerable truth to every space I occupy. Over the last decade, I have coached others through, as well as embarked on my own deep physical, emotional, and spiritual healing journey.
My purpose and mission in this life is to experience the full spectrum of humanity, allowing myself to feel it personally and through witnessing those around me. In turn, I am able to guide others’ on their unique journey home to their authentic self through a process I call “Coming Home”; to support a shift in the world from a state of fear to love; healing the feminine energy- a reconnection and reclamation of soul— and empowering and inspiring others to take ownership of their emotions and healing journey, helping them to recognize that they have the power to transform their lives from within and teaching them how to access this power. Outside of spending the last several years digging into many aspects of awakening, healing, energy practices, astrology, archetypal psychology, ancient and modern mysticism, metaphysical anatomy and feminine leadership practices {to name a few}, I have obtained certification from the Human Potential Institute as a Human Potential Coach, and am a Be Activated and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. I obtained a Bachelors in Psychology from George Mason University where I was also a D1 scholarship volleyball athlete…
There is a lot more that makes up me and what it is that I am curious about, passionate about and what I know; and a whole lot more that I don’t know and am endlessly curious to uncover. I gather and embody information best through storytelling and connecting; witnessing and making sense of life through the reflection of other. It's been a wild ride, from a decade of working in "corporate America", to then leaving it {and a whole lot of other things} actually and metaphorically behind, to step into who it is that I truly am— who I had to go about the business of discovering. The journey continues to unfold as I shed, layer, by layer, the non-true aspects of me and I look forward to the opportunity to continue growing, learning and exploring— all the human things— here with you.
